Artichoke pizza
4 pizza slices/1 whole pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Polarbröd Rye Plate
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion
- 4 marinated artichoke hearts, halved
- 2 mozzarella balls
- black pepper
- fresh basil
- olive oil
Do this
- Brush the Rye Plate flatbread with olive oil, top with sliced tomatoes, onion, the artichoke halves and slices of mozzarella.
- Cook in the oven at 250 degrees for around 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Top with fresh basil and freshly ground black pepper.
