Flatbread cinnamon bun
The best of both worlds! This bun sandwich has an exciting blend of Nordic and Oriental flavours and will be a favourite of anyone with a sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 2 Polarbröd Rye Square
- 30 g hazelnut spread
- 30 g plain cream cheese
- 1 g ground cinnamon
- 15 g toasted coconut flakes
- 20 g sultanas
Do this
Tip! If you can’t find sultanas, ordinary raisins work fine
- Mix the plain cream cheese with the cinnamon
- Spread the hazelnut spread on one of the slices
- Spread the cream cheese on the other slice
- Sprinkle the coconut flakes and sultanas over the cream cheese slice
- Lay the other slice of bread on top and press down lightly
- Cut the sandwich in two with a sharp knife
- Stack together, wrap and place in the fridge
