  • 1 Polarbröd Wheat Round
  • 40 g goats’ cheese
  • 8 g honey
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fig preserve
  • ¼ pear
  • ¼ resh fig
  • cress, perhaps shiso or atsina cress

Goats’ cheese pizzas with fresh figs

Ingredients

  • 1 Polarbröd Wheat Round
  • 40 g goats’ cheese
  • 8 g honey
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fig preserve
  • ¼ pear
  • ¼ resh fig
  • cress, perhaps shiso or atsina cress

Do this

  1. Brush the Rounds with olive oil and crumble over the goats’ cheese.
  2. Top with honey and cook in the oven at 250 degrees for around 5-7 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  3. Top with fig preserve while the pizzas are still hot. Garnish with wedges of pear, sliced fig and cress.
