Gothenburg Rocks
Smoked mackerel, lettuce, sriracha & mash
Ingredients
- 1 Polarbröd Large Soft Thinbread
- 2 g olive oil
- 170 g mashed potato
- 50 g pepper-smoked mackerel
- 30 g cosmopolitan lettuce
- 20 g sliced red onion
- ½ green apple (sliced)
- 20 g sriracha mayonnaise
Do this
Tip! To make it a bit easier, you can heat the bread in a microwave or on a griddle
- Make the mashed potato
- Heat the mackerel to a warm temperature
- Place the bread on a work surface with the dark-baked side downwards
- Brush with olive oil
- Add the mashed potato
- Followed by the shredded lettuce
- Then add the warm mackerel
- Top with the sliced apple and red onion
- Drizzle with the sriracha mayonnaise
- Roll up like a wrap with the opening upwards
- Serve immediately
