Grilled chicken sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 Polarbröd Oat Square
 - ½ eggs
 - 1 rashers of bacon
 - 0.2 grilled chicken
 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 - English mustard
 
Do this
- Fry the eggs and leave to cool. Fry the bacon and let the rashers drain on some kitchen paper. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces.
 - Toast the Oat Squares under the grill or in a sandwich toaster so they get nice grill stripes and are warmed through.
 - Spread the mayonnaise over the Oat Squares and drizzle with mustard.
 - Arrange the chicken, bacon and eggs on two of the Squares and place the remaining two Squares on top. Cut them in half and serve immediately.
