  • ¼ punnet garden cress
  • ¼ lemon
  • 50 g hot-smoked salmon
  • herb or similar, e.g. various kinds of cress

Hot-smoked salmon open sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Polarbröd Wheat Round
  • 25 g cream cheese
  • ¼ punnet garden cress
  • ¼ lemon
  • 50 g hot-smoked salmon
  • herb or similar, e.g. various kinds of cress
  • salt

Do this

  1. Mix the cream cheese with cut garden cress and the juice and zest of the lemon, then season to taste with salt.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the Wheat Rounds, and top with pieces of salmon, your chosen herb and perhaps a little more lemon zest and cress.
