Open sandwich topped with salmon and egg
Ingredients
- 1 Polarbröd Wheat Round
- 25 g cream cheese
- ¼ punnet garden cress
- ¼ bag mache lettuce
- 30 g smoked salmon
- 1 egg
Do this
- Mix the cream cheese with cut cress and a little salt
- Spread the Rounds with the cream cheese mixture and add the mache lettuce and salmon on top.
- Fry the eggs over a medium-high heat “sunny side up”, and season with salt and pepper.
- Top the sandwiches with the eggs. Serve with a green salad for a complete lunch.
