Prawn open sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 Polarbröd Soft Wheat Bread
- 25 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ red chilli
- ¼ tbsp dill
- 1 cm cucumber
- ¼ red onion
- romaine lettuce
- 50 g hand-peeled prawns
Do this
- Mix together the oil, lemon juice, thinly sliced chilli, finely chopped cucumber, chopped dill and finely chopped red onion.
- Leave to stand for around 20 minutes, then arrange the lettuce and prawns on the Wheat Rounds.
- Top with plenty of the chopped vegetables, serving any left over in a bowl alongside.
