Smoked salmon and sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 Polarbröd Rye Round
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 slices smoked salmon
- ½ handful spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp sprouts, e.g. alfalfa
- 1 tsp pesto
Do this
- Spread the cream cheese over the Rye Rounds, then top with spinach, slices of salmon and finally sprouts
- Drizzle a little pesto over just before serving.
