Snacking tray – Hummus, feta cheese and pomegranate
A variety of contemporary flavours on a small tray is a perfect complement to a drink, as an appetizer or as a bar snack.
Ingredients
- 1 Polarbröd Large Soft Thinbread
- 70 g hummus
- 70 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 45 g raisins, preferably sultana
- 40 g pomegranate seeds, thawed from frozen or fresh
- 4 g fresh mint, coarsely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Do this
- Spread the hummus on the thin bread, making sure to cover the entire surface.
- Mix the feta cheese with the raisins and sprinkle over the bread. Spread pomegranate seeds and mint evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the whole surface. Roll it tightly together lengthwise and wrap it in plastic.
- Store the sandwich roll in the refrigerator until serving. When serving, decorate with an additional sprinkle of pomegranate seeds and sultanas.
