Chicken, apple/horseradish slaw & mash
Ingredients
- 1 Polarbröd Large Soft Thinbread
- mashed potato:
- 130 g potato
- 20 g milk
- 20 g cream
- salr and pepper
- coleslaw:
- 40 g readymade coleslaw
- 5 g shredded green apple
- 5 g grated horseradish
- Wrapsody:
- 2 g olive oil
- 170 g mashed potato
- 50 g grilled chicken flavoured with BBQ sauce
- 30 g cosmopolitan lettuce
- 20 g sliced red onion
- 50 g coleslaw

Tip! To make it a bit easier, you can heat the bread in a microwave or on a griddle.
- Mashed potato: Boil the potato until soft. Heat the milk and cream and mix into the potato. Stir with a wooden spoon to give a coarse mash (still somewhat chunky). Season with salt and pepper according to taste
- Mix the apple and horseradish into the readymade coleslaw
- Make the mashed potato
- Mix the coleslaw
- Heat the chicken
- Place the bread on a work surface with the dark-baked side downwards
- Brush with olive oil
- Add the mashed potato
- Followed by the shredded lettuce
- Then add the hot chicken chunks
- Then the coleslaw
- Top with red onion
- Roll up like a wrap with the opening upwards
- Serve immediately
