Prosciutto, rocket, pine nuts, honey
Ingredients
- 1 Polarbröd Rye Grand
- 30 g plain cream cheese
- 30 g grated mozzarella
- 10 g rocket
- 30 g air-dried ham
- 10 g pine nuts
- 2 g clear honey
Do this
for two sandsiches, cut the bread in half.
- Mix together the cream cheese and half of the grated mozzarella
- Lay out the bread on a worktop with the smooth side upwards
- Spread the cream cheese over the bread
- Add the ham, and sprinkle over the rest of the mozzarella
- Top with the rocket and pine nuts
- Drizzle with the clear honey
- Wrap and place in the fridge
- Serving suggestion: Remove the wrapping. Cook the sandwich in the oven at 175 °C for 8-10 minutes, until it begins to brown and the cheese melts
